Aji-Nippon Japanese Restaurant, which opened in 1988, offers a wide variety of
fresh seafood dishes and traditional Japanese fare at very competitive
prices. Aji-Nippon which means "taste of Japan" is named by the owner and chef, Kazuo Honma, from Furano, Hokkaido.
Chef Honma is a true "golf-maniac" as is evident by the golf paraphernalia adorning his restaurant. He's even been known to close the restaurant for special golf events..... Sorry about that! During tournament season in the DC Metropolitan area, Aji-Nippon's cuisine is the "Wheaties" of famous Japanese pro golfers including Isao Aoki, Masahiro Kuramoto and Ayako Okamoto.
